📄 EVENT FANATICS — TERMS & CONDITIONS (UPDATED)

1. Introduction
Welcome to DSV Group Elevates DBA Event Fanatics. By booking or renting services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We provide event rentals and services throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.

2. Bookings & Payments
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
• Remaining balance is due prior to delivery or setup
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash

3. Damage Waiver & Liability
• A 20% Damage Waiver Fee is applied to all orders
• Covers minor wear and tear only
• Client is responsible for full replacement cost of damaged, lost, or stolen items

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable
• One-time rescheduling allowed within 12 months (subject to availability)
• No refunds for cancellations

5. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
• Event Fanatics manages all logistics
• Customer pickups are not permitted unless approved

6. Use of Rental Items
• Items must not be sub-rented or transferred
• Client assumes responsibility from delivery to pickup

7. Liability Waiver
Event Fanatics is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from misuse of rental equipment.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content (images, branding, text) is owned by Event Fanatics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
